Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 13 D.lgs. 30 June 2003 n. 196
We inform the interested party that Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (the so-called "Code regarding the protection of personal data", hereinafter the Code) provides for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. In compliance with the provisions of the aforementioned Code and current legislation, the treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency in respect of fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the person concerned, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to the protection of personal data. This information is provided pursuant to Art. 13 of the Code:

a) The processing we intend to carry out has the purpose of concluding, managing and executing the request sent by the Interested Party to subscribe to the newsletter and to the other mailing lists of http://TERMEDELLABELLEZZA.IT in order to receive by e-mail commercial and / or promotional and / or advertising communications; to organize, manage and execute the aforementioned registration request also by communicating the data to third party suppliers; to comply with the legal obligations or other obligations required by the competent Authorities.

b) The processing will be carried out using the computerized / manual methods.c) The collected data will be used by http://TERMEDELLABELLEZZA.IT for the complete and correct management of the request for subscription to the newsletter and the mailing lists and will be made known to third parties for the defense of rights as well as in compliance with the obligations under the law or regulations and upon request by the competent authorities, and their treatment will be based on principles of fairness , lawfulness and transparency protecting the privacy and rights of the interested party and third parties. The interested party may at any time refuse the use of the email address for receiving the aforementioned communications and object to such processing. In order not to receive the newsletter and mailing list communications, the interested party may perform the cancellation procedure from the service indicated in the same commercial and / or commercial and / or promotional communications sent to him. We further inform that the communication of data is optional , and that any refusal to treatment has no consequence, but may not allow http://TERMEDELLABELLEZZA.IT to provide timely and correct management of the request for contact or supply of the service forwarded by the Interested Party.

c) treatment of the data communicated by the interested party, for the correct execution of the contact request or contract, is http://TERMEDELLABELLEZZA.IT/, which according to the norm of Art. 29 of the Code may appoint one or more Data Processors who operate under his direct authority on the basis of the instructions received.

The interested party may contact the Data Controller to assert their rights, as provided for in Art. 7 of the Code, the text of which is reproduced below in full: Art. 7: "Right to access personal data and other rights:
The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.

Concerned has the right to obtain information:
a) of the origin of personal data,
b) of the purposes and methods of processing c) the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic tools,
d) of the identification details of the owner, of the responsible and of the designated representative according to the article 5, comma 2;
e) of the subjects or the categories of subjects to which the personal data can be communicated or that can come to acquaintance in quality of representative designated in the territory of the State, managers or agents.


The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b)the action, the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, even with regard to their content, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data that concern him
